Shipping & Return Policy
All orders will be shipped within 24 Hours after payment on working days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order is shipped. It contains the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. After the product is shipped, it takes about 2-7 working days to reach you.
We offer different shipping methods such as DPD, DHL, GLS, SEUR, BRT, Tuffnells, LA POSTE and GEODIS. We deliver products from our own overseas warehouse near you, and the shipping methods depend on your shipping address.
We only ship to Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and United States. We do not ship to other countries or regions. Some remote regions and postcodes also do not ship, such as 97000-97999, 98100-98999, 00200, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999. If we can't ship to your address, we will notify you to change the shipping address or give you a refund. After receiving your reply, we will handle it for you within two hours.

Shipping Hours of Operation
Shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm UTC. Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
